Refund Policy

A) Refund Window
We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after your booking to claim a refund.
B) Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The session abruptly ends due to a technical error on our end and fails to restart within 5 minutes.
- The session could not start or the listener does not respond within the first 10 minutes of the session.
- The session is ended by the listener abruptly before the scheduled time without any violation breach.
- The session had a technical issue where chat was not working and was reported immediately in the help section.
- Receipt of payment must be produced.
C) Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
- User fails to report any issue with the session within the stipulated time.
- User fails to attend the session due to issues at their end.
- Late start or early exit by the User for ongoing sessions.
- Sessions terminated by the listener due to non-compliance of terms and conditions in the disclaimer by the User.
- Session ends abruptly due to device or connectivity issues at the UserтАЩs end.
- Failure to produce payment receipt.
D) Refund Credit
Refunds will be credited only to your wallet and not to the original payment source.
E) Refund Requests

F) Failed Payments
Refunds for failed payments will be issued only if payment is credited to us but due to a system error the same is not reflected during the booking process.
G) International Refunds
Please note that if your country of residence is not India, refunds may take longer than expected.
H) Refund Approval
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your refund request to let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your wallet within 24 hours.
